"What am I missing? I first discovered Depak on Fitbit premium and was excited to use this app to learn more and practice meditation. However, I don't know what to do. Whereas the Fitbit sessions guided me through a process, in this app, Depak makes a statement, rings a bell, then music and then 10 min later another bell. As a novice, I'd prefer more information, instruction and guidance."
